Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer interaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Participate in brand training and product launch events.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for sales reporting.
- Passion for luxury products and fashion trends.
- Willingness to travel between store locations in Bali.
