Responsibility
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential customers in retail stores, malls, and digital platforms to promote Kredivo’s “Buy Now, Pay Later” services.
- Merchant Onboarding: Identify and onboard new merchant partners, explaining the benefits of Kredivo’s payment solutions and ensuring smooth integration.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos and presentations to showcase Kredivo’s features, benefits, and ease of use for both customers and merchants.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for customer sign-ups, transaction volumes, and merchant activations.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide post-sales assistance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Market Research: Gather insights on local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics for analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (fintech or retail experience is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and mobile applications for sales tracking.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer behavior is advantageous.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and work flexible hours, including weekends.
