Responsibility

  • Customer Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential customers in retail stores, malls, and digital platforms to promote Kredivo’s “Buy Now, Pay Later” services.
  • Merchant Onboarding: Identify and onboard new merchant partners, explaining the benefits of Kredivo’s payment solutions and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos and presentations to showcase Kredivo’s features, benefits, and ease of use for both customers and merchants.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for customer sign-ups, transaction volumes, and merchant activations.
  • Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide post-sales assistance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Market Research: Gather insights on local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics for analysis.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (fintech or retail experience is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
