Responsibility
- Promote Kredivo’s "Buy Now, Pay Later" services to customers in retail stores and partner outlets.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Kredivo’s flexible payment options and assist with applications.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of Kredivo’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities to drive awareness.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on Kredivo’s products, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail or fintech experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions or financial products is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
