Responsibility
- Promote and sell Joyday products and services to retail stores, grocery outlets, and local businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or a related role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
