Responsibility
- Assist in daily aquarium retail operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- Learn and apply best practices for aquatic care, tank maintenance, and product knowledge.
- Support the management team in training new staff and maintaining store standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of aquatic supplies and equipment.
- Educate customers on proper aquarium setup, fish care, and product usage.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as promotions and social media campaigns, to attract new customers.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in aquariums, marine life, or retail management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of aquatic ecosystems, fish species, or retail operations is a plus.
