Batamera Coffee and Cascara is seeking a motivated and positive Operations Staff to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a key player in our premium coffee and cascara production, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in our fast-paced retail and production environment.

Responsibility
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including coffee processing, packaging, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality control standards in production and retail areas.
- Support customer service activities, including order fulfillment, product inquiries, and in-store assistance.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any issues to the operations manager.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Participate in product development and testing to enhance quality and innovation.
- Assist in tracking and recording production data, sales, and stock levels.
- Uphold company values, including sustainability practices and ethical sourcing.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail, F&B, or operations is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of coffee production or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or POS software is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
