Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and closing transactions effectively.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
