Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the aquarium retail store, including customer service and sales.
- Learn and apply best practices for aquarium maintenance, water quality testing, and fish health.
- Support inventory management, including stocking products and tracking supply levels.
- Engage with customers to provide expert advice on aquarium setups, fish care, and product recommendations.
- Participate in structured training programs to develop retail and management skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, such as promotions and in-store events, to drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in aquariums, marine life, or retail management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of aquarium care or willingness to learn through training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or biology is a plus.
