Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Sony products.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of Sony TVs, soundbars, speakers, and home theater systems.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized product display area to enhance visual appeal.
- Provide accurate product information and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Stay updated on Sony's latest product releases and promotions.
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and electronics, with basic knowledge of Sony products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
