Responsibility
- Oversee daily stock preparation and ensure alignment with company SOPs to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with store teams to monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including delivery scheduling, receipt verification, and documentation accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Train and mentor store staff on inventory best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all stock-related activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock administration, inventory management, or a related role within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of managing stock processes, logistics, and inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
