Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting pet products, providing expert advice on nutrition, care, and accessories.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and animal welfare standards.
- Participate in training programs to expand product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or animal care is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or pet care is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Physical ability to lift and move pet products (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
