Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of baristas and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management to ensure smooth outlet performance.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of hospitality, resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Sales & Targets: Drive sales growth by implementing promotional strategies and meeting daily/weekly revenue targets.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste while adhering to company standards.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, expenses, and team performance for management review.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s image and values through consistent service quality and outlet presentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, F&B, or hospitality.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a high-volume environment.
- Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently under pressure.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak hours.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous.
