Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections tailored to their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a visually appealing store layout by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in sports fashion and JD Sports’ product lines to provide expert recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging products, and conducting stock checks.
- Promote JD Sports’ loyalty programs and special promotions to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Passion for sports, fashion, and sneaker culture with a keen eye for trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and inventory management tools.
