Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s paylater products to potential customers in retail stores, malls, and high-traffic areas.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of Indodana’s financial solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with retail partners to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Represent Indodana’s brand with integrity and enthusiasm in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with fintech or financial products is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Residents of Bali or willing to relocate to the specified regions.
