Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Engage customers with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling tips for Crocs footwear.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise displays.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and energetic store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
