Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective team leadership and customer engagement strategies.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, manage stock levels, and coordinate with the head office for replenishments.
- Train, mentor, and schedule staff to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a premium shopping experience for all clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for inventory and promotional strategies.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
