Responsibility
- Promote Kredivo’s financial products to potential customers in assigned locations, including retail stores, malls, and events.
- Educate customers on the benefits, features, and application process of Kredivo’s digital credit services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and converting leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on Kredivo’s product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations.
- Represent the brand positively by adhering to company guidelines and maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Own an Android smartphone for work-related tasks and communication.
- Age: Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum 3 months of experience as a Promoter, SPG, SPB, or in electronics sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems or fintech products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
