Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive driving safety training sessions for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to Honda’s safety standards.
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources.
- Coordinate with corporate accounts to schedule training sessions, track progress, and gather feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, recommending improvements to enhance safety outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and account interactions.
- Represent Honda Philippines at industry events, promoting safety initiatives and fostering client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate training, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of driving safety principles and automotive industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
