As a Sales Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility, educating consumers about our high-quality juice products, and creating memorable in-store experiences. Responsibility
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and tastings to attract and engage customers.
- Educate consumers about the benefits, features, and unique selling points of our juice products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective promotional techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to ensure product visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or display issues to the sales team.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve promotional strategies.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Participate in local events, fairs, or activations to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU) or equivalent; diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (preferably in FMCG or retail).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to drive product interest.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
