Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail or promotional settings to introduce and demonstrate products.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the brand.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
- Track and report sales performance and customer feedback.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure promotional materials and displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
