Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Create and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our products/services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a dynamic market like Bali.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
