Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets in the Bali region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
  • Create and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a dynamic market like Bali.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
