Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Magic Appliances and furniture products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the assembly, lifting, and arrangement of furniture and appliances as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances (physical fitness is required).
- Basic knowledge of home appliances and furniture is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
