Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and assembly processes to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Assist in the lifting, moving, and assembly of furniture items in-store or for customer deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to attract and retain customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely restocking of products.
- Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and product training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture items (up to 20 kg) safely and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of furniture assembly and product features is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
