Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industries (e.g., construction, agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and end-users to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for the Bali market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer concerns to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in industrial products, B2B, or technical sales).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s business landscape and existing networks in the region (a plus).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
