Responsibility
- Engage with customers in-person and via digital channels to identify their automotive accessory needs.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and recommendations tailored to customer preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for car accessories and related products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products through in-store displays, social media, and local events.
- Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including dealerships, car enthusiasts, and retail buyers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive, retail, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customer bases.
- Passion for cars and automotive accessories, with a willingness to learn about new products.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Excel) and POS systems.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions in Bali.
