Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition costs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the Bali market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in B2B or B2C sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
