Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door and on-site sales canvassing to promote Chemarome’s fragrance products in assigned areas across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Identify and engage potential customers, including retail stores, hotels, spas, and individual consumers, to generate leads and drive sales.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their understanding and interest in our fragrance offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and sampling activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using company-provided tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights to the sales manager.
- Represent Chemarome Indonesia professionally at all times, upholding the company’s values and brand image.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the fragrance, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse customer groups.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales.
- Familiarity with Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and local market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and mobile sales applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet sales objectives.
