Responsibility
- Assist the Head of International Business in developing and executing sales strategies to expand market reach.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to international clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the global market.
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and follow-ups with clients.
- Participate in international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
