Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the aluminum product market in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and engage high-potential clients, including contractors, architects, and property developers.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for aluminum products.
- Provide technical guidance to clients on product specifications, applications, and benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, aluminum, or construction-related products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction and real estate sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
