Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in Bali.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Bali market is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
