Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fitness centers, and wellness partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the fitness industry.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients and individual customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a sales management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
