Responsibility
- Promote and sell motorcycle spare parts to dealers, repair shops, and individual customers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend the right products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective negotiation.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns for spare parts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on new products, industry developments, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle spare parts industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Deep knowledge of motorcycle parts, brands, and common mechanical issues (a plus).
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Familiarity with Bali’s motorcycle market and local business networks is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills for order processing, reporting, and inventory management.
- Own transportation (motorcycle preferred) and a valid driver’s license to travel across assigned areas.
