You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, presenting innovative construction services, and converting leads into successful projects. Your role will bridge the gap between technical requirements and business development, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion.
Based in Bali's key locationsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badungâyou'll collaborate with a talented team to deliver high-quality construction solutions while expanding our market presence.
Responsibility
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Present technical proposals and cost estimates to potential clients.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver client solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market insights, and procurement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, procurement, or business development within construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
