Responsibility
- Lead sales forecasting processes to predict market trends and demand patterns accurately.
- Develop and maintain inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Conduct in-depth Total Industry Volume (TIV) analysis to assess market share and growth potential.
- Perform competitor benchmarking to identify strengths, weaknesses, and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align planning with business objectives.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, business analysis, or strategic forecasting, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and inventory management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
