Responsibility

  • Lead sales forecasting processes to predict market trends and demand patterns accurately.
  • Develop and maintain inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
  • Conduct in-depth Total Industry Volume (TIV) analysis to assess market share and growth potential.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking to identify strengths, weaknesses, and strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align planning with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, business analysis, or strategic forecasting, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and inventory management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
