Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the printing, packaging, and publishing sectors.
- Identify, engage, and convert high-potential B2B clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to align sales strategies with company capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of market demands.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in printing, packaging, or publishing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the printing, packaging, and publishing industries, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
