As the backbone of our sales operations, you will ensure seamless coordination between sales teams, finance, and supply chain while leveraging data-driven insights to refine processes. Responsibility

  • Sales Data Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and market trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Commission Management: Design, implement, and audit commission structures to incentivize sales teams while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and propose data-backed solutions to streamline operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with finance, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Generate monthly/quarterly sales reports and collaborate on demand forecasting to support inventory planning.
  • CRM Oversight: Supervise the integrity of sales data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and train teams on best practices.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and local regulations in all sales operations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor sales coordinators and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales operations, business analytics, or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or agribusiness is highly advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
  • Location Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site in Bali (relocation support provided for qualified candidates).
