Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, promotions, and sales presentations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences in Bali.
