Responsibility
- Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, social selling) to identify and engage potential clients.
- Research and build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead intelligence platforms.
- Craft personalized outreach campaigns (emails, messages, scripts) tailored to different buyer personas and industries.
- Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or MEDDIC criteria and pass them to the sales team for conversion.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation KPIs (conversion rates, response rates, pipeline growth) using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead gen efforts with broader business objectives and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to optimize lead sourcing.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development (B2B preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and lead generation tools (Hunter.io, Apollo, Lusha).
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing, and cold calling techniques.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead targets in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Reply.io) is a plus.
