You will be responsible for expanding our market presence in Bali, working closely with master dealers, resellers, and system integrators to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners (Master Dealers/Dealers) and project-based partners (System Integrators/Resellers).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for IT distribution products.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach in Bali.
  • Conduct product training and presentations to partners to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Harrisma’s IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, channel management, or distribution.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with IT products, hardware, software, or cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
