You will be responsible for expanding our market presence in Bali, working closely with master dealers, resellers, and system integrators to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners (Master Dealers/Dealers) and project-based partners (System Integrators/Resellers).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for IT distribution products.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach in Bali.
- Conduct product training and presentations to partners to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management with actionable insights.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Harrisma’s IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, channel management, or distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with IT products, hardware, software, or cloud solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
