Eagle Star Industrial Sales Corporation is expanding its dynamic sales team in Bali and seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to drive growth in key regions including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and acquiring new business accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to position the company as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in industrial, B2B, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories (Bali regions).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
