Eagle Star Industrial Sales Corporation is expanding its dynamic sales team in Bali and seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to drive growth in key regions including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As an Area Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and acquiring new business accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to position the company as a market leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in industrial, B2B, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories (Bali regions).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
