As a key player in our dynamic team, you will leverage your expertise in business development to identify and secure high-value corporate partnerships. Your role will involve proactive outreach, relationship building, and closing deals that expand our market presence in Bali’s thriving hospitality and events sector.
Based in one of Bali’s prime locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll enjoy a competitive salary of $4,500–$5,500/month while contributing to an innovative and fast-paced environment. Responsibility
- Develop and execute telesales strategies to identify and engage potential corporate clients in the MICE industry.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads, pitch services, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and hospitality sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to expand professional networks.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years in telesales, business development, or corporate sales, preferably in the MICE or hospitality industry.
- Strong hunter mentality with a results-driven approach to acquiring new clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in B2B sales with a focus on corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with target-based performance metrics.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
