  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align strategies with data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with clear visualizations and executive summaries.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and risks through gap analysis and competitive benchmarking.
  • Automate reporting processes using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enhance efficiency.
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation by providing data-backed proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, economic indicators, and consumer behavior to refine forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analytics, demand planning, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
