Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of B2B outbound sales agents to exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, call volume, revenue) and implement improvement strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales scripts, pitch strategies, and objection-handling techniques to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and performance reviews to identify training needs and career development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Client Success) to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
  • Resolve escalated customer or client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on team performance, challenges, and action plans to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, with at least 1+ year in a team leadership/supervisory role in a call center/BPO environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, metric-driven setting.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Experience in coaching, training, and conflict resolution for sales teams.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
