Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new on-premise accounts in Bali's hospitality sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in luxury hotels, high-end bars, and exclusive venues
- Negotiate and manage contracts with premium accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
- Implement innovative promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities to drive volume growth
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities in the beverage industry
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for key accounts
- Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions to meet sales targets
- Provide regular reports on market conditions, sales activities, and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales, preferably in the beverage/FMCG industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the hospitality sector
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the on-premise beverage market and nightlife industry dynamics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage
