Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new merchant partners to expand our fintech network
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive transaction growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner onboarding processes
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance and growth metrics
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with potential partners
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
- Proven track record in fintech, payments, or financial services industry preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision making
