Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to penetrate and expand markets in Lombok, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Eastern Indonesia.
- Identify and engage with key clients, distributors, and partners to build long-term business relationships.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in target regions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized campaigns, promotions, and digital content tailored to inter-island audiences.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across Indonesia.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in inter-island or regional markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Indonesia’s regional markets, including cultural nuances and business practices.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50-70% of the time) to target regions across Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
