Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for medical equipment and healthcare products
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities to promote and sell Polaris Alkes Starindo’s products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement managers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence in the Bali region
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals as needed
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local promotional campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with the Bali healthcare market and existing network of contacts is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
