Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for medical equipment and healthcare products
  • Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities to promote and sell Polaris Alkes Starindo’s products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement managers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence in the Bali region
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals as needed
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local promotional campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
  • Familiarity with the Bali healthcare market and existing network of contacts is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
