Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned semi-wholesale and retail outlets in the Bali region.
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
- Conduct regular market visits to outlets to monitor stock levels, product placement, and promotional compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in collection activities by tracking payments and following up on overdue accounts.
- Provide sales reports and market feedback to the branch manager for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth distribution and minimize stockouts.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, order taking, or retail distribution (preferably in FMCG or consumer goods).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail and wholesale market is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic order management systems.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (own vehicle/motorcycle is preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
