Responsibility
- Process and confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
- Liaise with clients, sales teams, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, inventory levels, and customer communications.
- Resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and distribution teams to coordinate deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and following up on orders.
- Generate reports on order volumes, trends, and potential improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
