Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for motorcycle products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent after-sales service.
- Present and demonstrate motorcycle features, benefits, and pricing to prospective buyers.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its customer base is a plus.
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM software).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is advantageous.
